Vaves Arvel is a Dark Elf Ashlander seen inside the meeting hall of Skar in Ald'ruhn during the quest Divine Delusions. He is part of the Ashlander tribal council overseeing Chodala's trial, and is found on an inaccessible balcony to the left side, between Vaves Arvel and Madsu Sedri. When Chodala brings in the Red Exiles to cover his escape, he flees out of the building.
