Life of the Party
Sings-with-Drink has been trapped in Sanguine's celebration for four years. He's convinced he can only escape if the other party goers are distracted by an entertainment troupe from Morrowind.

Quick WalkthroughEdit

  1. Speak to Sings-with-Drink to acquire the quest.
  2. Find the remains of the four performers; Galmon, Thanelon, Marila and Marwyn.
  3. Convince each performer to return to their correct area.
  4. Speak the Sing-with-Drink to complete the quest and receive a reward.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

Sings-with-Drink can be found in the chamber directly northwest of the dungeon entrance, laying atop a table. Speak to him. He's been trapped in Sanguine's Demesne for many years, unable to leave due to an addictive drink passed out to all participants of the party. He explains that at one point there were four performers at the party who were so talented, that even the daedra were less violent and too distracted by the performers to care about much else. Unfortunately, all four performers are now dead. He will ask for your help, explaining that a special draught can be poured on their remains that allows you to instruct the performers to return to work, giving Sings-with-Drink a chance to escape the Demesne.

Your task now is to resurrect Thanelon, the stage actor, whose corpse is located in the hallway north of Sings-with-Drink; Galmon, the barkeep, whose corpse is located east of there; Marwyn, a ballroom musician, whose corpse is located in the cave section to the far east; and Marila, the other ballroom musician, whose corpse is located just northeast of the dungeon entrance.

Let's begin with Thanelon, the stage actor. Interact with his corpse (a skeleton slumped against the wall, labeled "Dead Performer") to summon his ghost; then, speak to him. Pick a role for him to play, and he'll teleport to the appropriate location. If you choose the wrong role, you'll be able to find him and speak to him again to reassign him: a quest marker and a hint in the quest tracker will both indicate his current location. Tell him to take the stage, as he's an actor, and he'd be happiest there.

Next, let's raise Galmon, the bartender. Interact with his corpse to summon his ghost, and speak to him. As with Thanelon, you'll need to assign him to the right place, but you can reassign him if you choose incorrectly. Tell him to work at the bar.

Let's head east and raise Marwyn, one of the two ballroom musicians: pour Sanguine's wine on her bones, and then speak to her. Then send her to the ballroom. Finally, you'll raise Marila, and also send her to the ballroom.

The quest will not proceed further until all performers are at their proper places. Again: Galmon needs to tend bar; Thanelon needs to work the stage; and Marila and Marwyn need to perform in the ballroom. If a performer is at the wrong location, speak with them and reassign them. Once they're all set up, go back to Sings-with-Drink, still in the westmost room of the dungeon, and speak to him again to complete the quest. He thanks you and heads outside.

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
