Approaching her:

"Feluz? Feluz! Argh! Where's that stupid cat?"

You'll come across her on the road between Velyn Harbor and Deepwoods:

"My father was right... I should never have married a Khajiit. I wanted to see the world, explore foreign lands, eat exotic foods, not pull my hair over a moon-sugar addict!"
What happened?
"My husband Feluz ate too many moon-sugar candies. He started babbling to himself, then ran into the forest screaming, "This one likes Bosmer! Plants are best friends!" I said he'd eat himself sick, but would he listen? No! Typical cat."
What's moon-sugar candy?
"Sweets from Elsweyr. They're usually harmless, but if a Khajiit eats too many, there can be consequences."
I'll look for him.

You can ask her more about herself.

"That cat is going to get an earful when I find him."
Any suggestions where I should look?
"A passing merchant told me she saw a Khajiit near the Dra'bul wayshrine. But Feluz ran off from here. I don't want to go too far away in case he returns.
If he returns. He'd better return, or I'll kill him."
You're married to a Khajiit?
"Sounds crazy, but Feluz is so full of life. We met in Daggerfall. He ran an exotic goods store. Our love for the unknown is what drew us together.
He promised to show me the world; I'd never been outside Glenumbra. And now … I hope we find him."
Why are you in Malabal Tor?/What brought you to Malabal Tor?
"Its beautiful forests. And to visit the fabled Deepwoods. Have you been there? I've heard all its ladies are green!
Plus, Feluz has friends at the Baandari Trading Post. We'll set up a shop. Imports from Wayrest, or something."
Anything else that could help me?
"Well, he has white fur and scares easily. I've known him to hide behind fallen trees, rocks, and even under mushrooms.
He also loves to jump and climb on things. He's pure cat, through and through."

She'll show up again once you find Feluz's goods.

Liane: "Do you know what I've been through? Where've you been?"
Feluz: "No more moon-sugar candy. Feluz promises!"
Liane: "Hah! That'll be the day. My father warned me!"

Speaking to her:

"Where do you think I found my husband? Hiding! Hiding in a tree stump!"

Speaking to her if you found the pouch and didn't give it to Feluz:

"Thank you for not giving him the pouch of moon-sugar candy. That stuff got us into this mess in the first place.
Please, can I have it? I'm going to end this once and for all."
Here you go.
"I'm going to crush this pouch the first chance I get.
If you stop by Baandari Trading Post, please come and see us."
I'm glad I found your things.
"This is all we can spare, please, take it and we'll be on our way. Thanks to you, I think we'll be all right."

Speaking to her if you didn't find Feluz's pouch:

"I overheard Feluz ask about his lucky pouch. That's where he kept his moon-sugar candy. I'm glad you didn't find it.
Feluz said he'll never ear another piece, but I don't believe him. I'll be keeping a close eye on this one."
Good idea.
"This is all we can spare, please, take it and we'll be on our way. Thanks to you, I think we'll be all right."

Exiting conversation and speaking to her again before completing the quest:

"Now we can finally head for Baandari Trading Post. It'll be good to sleep in a real bed again."
I'm glad I found your things. (Leads to quest completion dialogue)

Speaking to her if you gave Feluz the pouch:

"Do you think I'm an idiot? I just watched you give that moron his pouch of moon-sugar candy!"
Yes, that's right.
""Yes?" That's all you have to say?
Moon-sugar candy got us into this mess in the first place! Even if I take the pouch away, he's probably already hidden a handful of it."
Feluz said the moon-sugar candy would fetch a good profit.
"Feluz will just eat half that pouch the first chance he gets!
Ugh. Just be on your way! Leave me to clean up after this cat."
I did what I thought best.
"I would say thank you, but I think you've done enough."
[Intimidate]If your husband is too much trouble, I can put him back where I found him.
"You're right. It's just ... he can't control himself sometimes, and it scares me.
I'm sorry. We'll be on our way shortly."
It's the least I could do.
"I would say thank you, but I think you've done enough."
[Persuade][Lie]You shouldn't worry so much about the candy. I'm sure you will both be fine.
"You're right. It's just ... he can't control himself sometimes, and it scares me.
I'm sorry. We'll be on our way shortly."
It's the least I could do.
"I would say thank you, but I think you've done enough."

Exiting conversation and entering it again before turning in the quest:

"I've had enough adventures for one day."
I think we're done here. (Leads to quest completion dialogue)

At the Silver Moons Inn, her dialogue will depend on the outcome of the quest. If you decided not to give Feluz his special pouch, she'll thank you.

"Feluz has been a little grumpy without his moon-sugar candy, but it's for the best.
As soon as there's space in the town square, we'll open a shop. Again, thank you."

If you let Feluz have his pouch, she'll be found sitting on the ground, unhappy.

"I've got nothing to say to you."
