Gloam Hags are shadowy hags found in Evergloam and at Daedric Incursion Sites in the Clockwork City. A few can also be found in Arpenia.

- Staff Strike
- A basic melee attack that does low flame damage.
- Steal Essence
- The hag channels a spell on her target that deals continuous low magical damage. This can be interrupted to set the hag off-balance.
- Reflective Shadow
- The hag puts up a shield that reflects all projectiles and ranged abilities back towards her target. Melee attacks and abilities should be prioritized for the duration of this spell, as the hag cannot be interrupted out of it.
- Dark Pull
- When standing away from the hag, she pulls her target to her using shadowy magic, as well as stunning them briefly. Break Free can be used.
