- Kick a spriggan into the lava in Galen.
Firestarter is awarded for encountering Darroll Ilsene and a Spriggan Venombow, and following Darroll's advice to kick the spriggan into a lava pool.
The pair can be encountered at several locations along lava streams in northeastern Galen. The spriggan, while being marked as hostile, will not react to player's presence unless attacked.
Should you kick the spriggan, Darroll's celebration will be short-lived. A pair of fiery Spriggan Lurkers will appear and attack you, kicking Darroll into the lava and killing him instantly.
