Elendarie is a High Elf member of Queen Ayrenn's personal guard found in the city of Firsthold after saving the city during Sever All Ties.

You can find her outside of Firsthold Castle after defeating Estre. Speaking to her before you speak to Razum-dar:
- "Ah, you must be the one everyone is talking about. It's good to see you've returned. I wasn't sure I could keep the Queen detained much longer."
She'll thank you at the end of the quest.
- "Auri-El watches over you. You have my thanks for your victory here today."
After you complete the quest by talking to the queen, she'll say:
- "Our people owe you a debt of gratitude. With High Kinlady Estre defeated, Queen Ayrenn and High Kinlord Rilis may continue to unite the Aldmeri Dominion."
Striking at the HeartEdit
Elendarie can be found later near the Hectahame, accompanying Queen Ayrenn during the quest.
- "Auri-El watch over you. The queen, the mane, and Indaenir have all chosen to put their faith in you. I hope they are right."
After Naemon has been defeated, she will be at the bridge leading to the grotto and will say:
- "You've proven yourself a valuable member of the Aldmeri Dominion."
Once Queen Ayrenn announces Indaenir as the new Silvenar, she will bow to him and will say:
- "Don't mistake the queen's strength for callousness. She knows what's needed of her, as a leader."
After completing the quest, she'll say:
- "I hope our paths cross again under better circumstances."
