Covenant Mage Guards are NPCs who guard Covenant-owned keeps, mainly their transitus shrines, as well as the Wayshrines at the High Rock Gates. They are hostile to any Aldmeri Dominion or Ebonheart Pact players. As of the release of Elsweyr, Covenant Mage guards wear armor in the Daggerfall Covenant style.
