- Obtain and enter Serenity Falls Estate.
Clan Father and Clan Mother are awarded for purchasing Serenity Falls Estate. To purchase it with gold, you must first get the Hero of the Aldmeri Dominion achievement, and save up 3,775,000 
. Or you can purchase it from the Crown Store for 10,000 
(or 12,500 furnished). The achievement and the title earned are both gender specific. Since houses are shared by all characters in your account, your other characters need only enter the house to also earn the achievement and title.
