This achievement is earned by consuming ten Skeletal Marionette Parts, which can be found in Plunder Skulls of all types. You don't need to have all ten in your inventory to get the achievement. When you consume one, it is noted on your achievement. You can see how many parts you've consumed by hovering over the Skeletal Marionette Parts in your inventory.
