Cooking Fire
Avayn Farmhouse is a house located at the Avayan's Farm crafting site. It is a one-room Dunmer-style dwelling. The building is protected by a simple lock. Inside, there is a fire place which can be used for making food and drinks. There can be an intermediate safebox near the fire place. Several storage containers can be found around the house, including a barrel, a nightstand, a couple of produce baskets, and several crates. There can be some loose provisioning ingredients as well. Letter to the Twilight Mage lies on the table on the right.
While all the containers inside the house are owned, those found outside are not. A thieves trove can spawn next to the door, behind a barrel.
