Avani House is a single-room, Dunmer-style house located not far from the House Indoril Crypt in Davon's Watch. There is a guar paddock near it. The building is protected by a simple lock. Inside, the house is divided into two areas. The area near the entrance has a firepit with two sofas near it. It is furnished with a dresser and a nightstand. The back of the house is a raised area with a table, a trunk, and two bookshelves. The house contains one advanced safebox.
