Arvelia Mothril is a Dark Elf who can be found at the Mothril family's camp between Kingscrest Keep and Arrius Keep in Cyrodiil. She and her family fled here from Narsis when the Llodos Plague hit the city. Arvelia is here with her husband, daughter and son.
