Back to the Abyss is awarded for defeating each of the 10 bosses who can appear at Abyssal Geysers in Summerset. These bosses appear at random, and you are not guaranteed to encounter any of them at a given geyser. Sometimes you just get a generic, un-named boss instead. So you will most likely need to shut down far more than 10 geysers to encounter them all.
