I met an Argonian named Malosza who told me of a brutal tribe named the Sul-Xan who invaded his home. He requested I travel to Rockgrove if I wish to lend aid.

Outside Leyawiin, on the eastern bridge leading out of the city, you will encounter Malosza next to his cart. Speak to him and he will request aid from you and your allies to repel an invasion of Rockgrove, his home.
- What's going on at Rockgrove?
- "A horde of those impure limp-fins raided the old city and seized the xanmeer. They captured so many of my kin. Or returned them to darkness.
Their purpose hides from us. But, our stone-talker claims he recognized their leader, Bahsei." - Why did you request my attention?
- "With a stiff tail and bared abdomen, I beg for your aid. Please, gather a force of your strongest allies. Travel to Rockgrove and drive out the Sul-Xan.
Defend what is left of my tribe and they will surely reward you." - I can rid Rockgrove of the Sul-Xan invaders.
Make your way to Rockgrove, which is located in the far southeastern corner of Blackwood, but Malosza will allow you to take his cart as a means of direct transport. You will need to enter the trial and speak with Im-Makka to complete the quest. She is found in the Walled Sanctuary, a safe base camp area at the start of the trial. Here you will also be able to pick up the quest Of Stone and Steam, but Rockgrove cannot be tackled alone and you will need to find a trial group to continue on any deeper.
- Malosza sent me to aid your people.
- "So he made it to safety? Such sun-blessed news in a gloomy moment. Though, I expected him to send one of our allies.
No matter. You have come and that is what matters. At this point, I should appreciate any help we can get." - What needs to be done?
- "Our stone-talker, Dust-on-Scales, claims to know who led this attack. If true, he may have an idea of how to reclaim our home from these impure tail-lifters.
Speak to him. He is tending to one of our wounded. And … I am grateful for your aid."
