Timothee's ScheduleEdit
The schedule as I see it in the Construction Set is:
- 2am - 8am: Sleep, as already noted on the page. Technically, I believe he could sleep in other beds if his were occupied, but I don't think that'll ever actually happen.
- 12pm - 4pm: If it's not raining, wander around the tree in the smaller courtyard with all the shops and homes, radius 2100 units (about the size of the courtyard).
- 8pm - 12am: If it's not raining, wander around main gate (technically centred on the tree, but...), radius 10500 units (the entire cell or the entire city, not 100% sure how Wander packages work there).
- Any time not doing one of the above, for 2 hours: Eat at The Flowing Bowl (50% chance). Technically offers services at this time, but has no services to offer. (Remnant from it being a generic package for many people, but none of them actually have any services.)
- Failing all else: Wander around The Fo'c's'le.
Given the fact that packages get re-evaluated several times per game hour (if the PC is in the same cell, anyway), the final fallback package will probably only occur shortly after a schedule change and not last very long. Most of the time, the 50% chance of eating would be hit at some point within the first hour after a change, I would think. (If we say that schedules get evaluated every 10 minutes, which seems roughly correct from my observations, that would mean a 1 in 64 chance of still being in the Fo'c's'le after 59 minutes.) —Robin Hood (Talk • E-mail • Contribs) 21:16, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
Moving bed?Edit
The page states that 'Unfortunately, every time Mirabelle enters his room, she turns around and picks another sailor. This happens because Timothee’s bed shifts position when Mirabelle enters the room – and when she can’t find it, she just picks another sailor instead.' - do we know any more about this?, for example, what makes his bed move? I cannot see anything to effect in the CS. Jadrax 04:54, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
- Hmm, I think you are right. The bug description represents me trying to figure out what is going on - with the intention of getting RobinHood70 to correct it in time. I must have forgot to ask him, though - and will do so now. Thanks for pointing that out! --Krusty 07:00, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
- I've talked with some other users about this bug and we haven't figured it out yet. Hopefully, in due time, we will be able to add a correct description but right now, we will have to settle with the existing, half-baked entry. Let me just point you towards this big investigation - if you scroll down past all the "schedule times" then you will notice that we start investigating Timothee's lack of luck with Mirabelle. Unfortunately, the user who seemed to know the answer never replied to the final question - leaving us behind with what is mentioned in the investigation. As a PS3 user, there is little I can do to solve the mystery - but some day, we will. --Krusty 12:26, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
- Yes I have looked that, you certainly don't avoid the hard questions! Jadrax 05:05, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
