Teplar's House is an abandoned house just north of Turtle Rock. It sits atop a large rock formation; a set of steps leads to the front door, which is locked (the key is found on a skeleton on the roof, which is accessible from behind the house by a long board).
The lower level of the house is empty except for a levelled undead spawn. A set of stairs leads to the upper floor, which is also empty but for an altar with a skull and a legendary healing potion.
