Sula is a settlement in Mephala's Realm, southeast of Kathar. It consists of three houses and a trading house, all of which are empty. As you approach the village, you'll receive a journal entry leading to the quest Where Are the People?. Since none of the houses have ownership, all their contents are free to loot.
