Convince Toni to pay his protection money to Ja'kil.
Quest Giver: Ja'kil, in the Arena
Location(s): Kazbai
Prerequisite Quest: Gold and Protection
Next Quest: A Stale Aftertaste
Reward: 400 gold
ID: ODDDesertML02Quest

Quick WalkthroughEdit

  1. Tell Ja'kil that Toni doesn't want to pay up.
  2. Return to Toni and convince him to pay.
  3. Return to Ja'kil with the money.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

This quest takes place during the previous one; when you return to Ja'kil, he'll suggest you do something to one of Toni's donkeys (he'll just hint at it) as an "incentive" to pay up. You don't actually have to kill a donkey - just making the threat will be enough. Once you have the gold, return to Ja'kil for your reward.

Notes
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in random order.
  • If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest.
  •   It is possible to use the console to advance through the quest by entering setstage ODDDesertML02Quest stage, where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) quest stages. See SetStage for more information.
