It probably should, although I'm not so sure what content it should contain. Unlike Redguard's page, we can't just add all of the possible entries, and that wouldn't make sense because Morrowind actually has a quest system. That would leave this page with an image of the journal and some basic information about the topic and quest filtering. —Dillonn241 (talk) 22:36, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
