Meldor is a Wood Elf smith who has a shop in Balmora, where he sells a wide selection of armor, as well as repair services. If you have installed the Adamantium Armor plugin, he is one of the merchants who has a supply of it for sale.
Meldor wears a common shirt with matching shoes and pants, along with a Nordic trollbone cuirass. Aside from his natural resistance to disease, and the ability to command animals, he knows no spells.
