Maela Kaushad is a Dark Elf wise woman who can be found inside her farmhouse in Vos. According to other wise women, she married a villager, left her tribe, and then settled down in town. As such, they recommend talking to her if you want to learn more about their trade.
Maela wears a common shirt, skirt, shoes, and ring.
