After some reading, I'd like to know as well. He is definitely a Psijic Monk but to say he's part of the council needs some citation.--Talyyn (talk) 15:10, 12 September 2020 (UTC)

Yeah woops that's my bad, I didn't intend to have his name on the list as I forgot to remove it before saving. Though Quaranir seems to lead the team you meet during the Winterhold questline, I don't believe there's anything saying he's part of the Council of Artaeum The Rim of the Sky (talk) 17:04, 12 September 2020 (UTC)
