Oaktown (also called Andrethis) is a settlement near the southwestern border of Morrowind, in the western mountain region, where it is an occupied territory of House Hlaalu.

During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late Third Era, the town of Oaktown was an active settlement. It was ruled by Duke Nisik and had a rivalry with Eagle Moor. Oaktown was neighbored by several settlements, such as Heimlyn Keep to the east, Kragenmoor to the northwest, and Riverbridge to the north.

• ^	A concept map of Morrowind consists of settlements present in The Elder Scrolls: Arena with names that are reminiscent to Morrowind's names and locations. Oaktown was changed to Andrethis, considering its location in Arena compared to the concept map.
