Northern Arms is a smithy and weapons shop in the northern district of Bruma.
It is located next to the Bruma Synod Conclave and near the northern gate, and is run by Hulgard and his apprentice Eddvia Jucani. They will buy and sell armor, weapons and crafting components, and Hulgard will also offer expert-level training in Smithing.
The store is open from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and from 8am to 6pm in weekends. The front door will however be locked whenever Hulgard is outside by the smelter (a randomized event), though Hulgard will still offer his services.
Just outside the store you will find a wood-chopping block, a woodcutter's axe, a tanning rack and a smelter. The ground floor inside hosts the forge and grindstone, as well as a number of iron armor, iron weapons, a steel war axe, iron and steel ingots, a suit of leather armor, colovian leather boots and various pieces of imperial, fur and hide armor. Behind the counter you will find an empty strongbox, a coin purse and a steel ingot.
The first floor hosts Hulgard's sparse living quarters, which consist of a double bed, a table laden with food and drink and a chest of drawers. Nearby are a bear pelt, a lute and a coin purse.
