Lebon Dombale is a Breton publican who lives in Leyawiin. He works for the Trans-Niben Company as a wine merchant.
He wakes up at 6am every morning and heads over to the office to work for a few hours. At 9am, he goes to the market to open his stall; he closes up at 7pm and goes home to eat dinner, after which he goes to bed at 10pm.
He wears a dark shirt, gold necklace, gold sapphire ring, black wide pants, and quilted shoes, and carries two bananas, an apple, a bottle of honey ale, a large amount of gold, and a house key.
Lebon's house is located against the south wall of the city, in a narrow alley just east of the south gate. The lower floor is one room, a living space with two chairs facing a fireplace. A bookcase lines one wall. A set of stairs lead to the upper floor, which is also a single room. A single bed with a dresser at the foot sits across from the stairs; jewelry chest on the dresser holds a variety of gems and jewelry. Another bookcase and dresser sit in the corner near the bed; a writing desk and chair round out the furnishings.
When you gain enough reputation, you'll hear a rumor that he sells good wines; if you talk to him, he'll brag about his selection: "Yes, I have the best wines in Leyawiin. Choose what you like. If you want something special, I can order it separately for you. But keep in mind that such an order will cost a lot, and will take time to deliver. What exactly do you want?" Unfortunately, the only thing he has available is Shadowbanish Wine: "Oh! You know of that? This is a very rare wine. Nerussa from the tavern in Weye spoke of it, but I don't know if she has such a wine. I will immediately write to my friends in the Imperial City. Come back in a week and get ready to greatly lighten your coinpurse. I will order three bottles."
If you ask him about his compatriot Bertrand Lumier, he can't tell you much: "We weren't particularly close. We mostly talked about business. But he helped me a couple of times. I can't imagine he would steal money and run away. I hope Bertrand will be found and everything cleared up. We drank together a couple of times. He talked about his adventures. A brave man."
