Quick WalkthroughEdit

1. Talk to Larienna Strabo in her Hlan Oek house about tax ledger with 35+ Sneak.
2. Break into the basement of the Council Company Tradehouse.
3. (Optional) Take the Tax Ledger.
4. Either:
   • Bring the ledger to Larienna for 500 gold.
5. Or:
   1. Speak to Edrys Teri about Larienna's plan.
   2. Talk to Feldril Sathis in the Governor's Mansion about the tax ledger.
   3. Retrieve the Hlan Oek Tax Report from Larienna's bedside table and either:
      • Bring the report to Feldril (rewards 500 gold, Underhanded Left Glove).
      • Confront Larienna with both Tax Ledger and Tax Report about the discrepancies (rewards 1,000 gold, Tax Collector's Amulet).

10		Larienna Strabo, the Imperial tax collector in Hlan Oek, has asked me to retrieve a tax ledger from the Council Company Tradehouse. The ledger is secured in the basement of the tradehouse.
30		I asked Edrys Teri about the ledger. She was suspicious of Strabo's motives and asked me to tell Governor Feldril Sathis about the tax collector's request.
40		I spoke to Feldril Sathis about Larienna Strabo's request. He asked me to search Larienna Strabo's house, and to report back to him if I find anything incriminating.
100	Finishes quest	I returned the ledger to Larienna Strabo. She rewarded me with gold.
150	Finishes quest	I confronted Larienna Strabo about the discrepancies between the tax ledger and her report. She admitted to skimming taxes and gave me half her earnings to keep quiet.
200	Finishes quest	I brought Larienna Strabo's tax reports to Feldril Sathis. It showed she had been underreporting taxes in order to keep some of the payments for herself. The governor rewarded me for discovering her plot.
300	Finishes quest	Larienna Strabo is dead. The tax ledger is no longer a concern.
