Seryl Hlervan is a Dunmer pauper encountered in the Statesmen's Hall of Roa Dyr during the events of the Almas Thirr Temple quest, Disembodied. Due to a curse, his spirit has been ripped from his prone body, and he refuses to even attempt to return into it, instead preferring to cause mischief.

During this quest, you, as Speaker of the Dead, have been summoned to fix the problem, not least as it is causing the leader of Roa Dyr, Indoril Ilvi, considerable irritation.
