Selal Grotto is a freshwater grotto and the home of a runaway.
The entrance lies at the bottom of the riverbed, west of Hlaalu Ferry. While largely underwater, a large air pocket in the western portion plays host to the Argonian, Wanders-With-Sky, who claims to have recently escaped from near Hlan Oek when stormy weather struck the ship she traveled on.
An enchanted stave named the Hermit Staff can be found in the Argonian's vicinity, which heals you on use.
