Roggard is a male Nord fisherman resident in the village of Gol Mok. He can be found in his unlocked shack, which contains an unowned hammock, a mug of Nord Mead, a copy of the book Emeralds, and assorted low-value items and foods. When asked about his trade, he will mention that although he trained as a warrior, he found adventuring to be not all it was cracked up to be, and now spends his days fishing with a cold glass of mead to his side. When asked for "Fishing Advice", he will offer an unconventional tip about catching fish using a dragon shout.
