Nevera Darano is a Dark Elf commoner, and the granddaughter of two Dunmer who lost their lives during the destruction of the village of Nitha, outside Tel Muthada. She can be found by these ruins, and will request your assistance in retrieving a family heirloom lost during this event.
While Nevera will reward you handsomely if you bring her the blade, obtaining it and then refusing to hand it over will send her into a fit of rage, although (acknowledging her relative weakness), she will opt to inform the guards rather than attack you herself.
