Mansutarmus is a conjuror's cavern abode in Sunad Mora.
To reach the cavern entrance, take the road leading north from Llothanis. The road will turn to face a waterfall, and the entrance is just to the right of that.
The cave itself is a single passage without branches, and well-guarded by Daedra. The likely conjurer of these Daedra has a chamber at the very end of the cave, where the main loot of the location - primarily magical scrolls - can be found.
