Harsusirpal is the cavern refuge of three Argonian escapees.
The cavern lies at the western end of the Armun Ashlands, a little way south of the Daedric Shrine of Mashadananit, by the shell of a dead silt strider. The nearest outpost of civilization is the Velothi Tower of Ramaniran, away to the north.
The former slaves here have built a hut in a small chamber sealed off by the water in the northeastern section of the cave. There is nothing to take - the slaves have little and the cave has less.
