Galan Brandt is an Imperial crusader and Master of the Fighters Guild in Firewatch. As the Fighters Guild Master in Telvannis district, he can sign you up to the Fighters Guild and will also give you orders. As with his subordinate, Permil Danconis, Galan Brandt takes the reputation of the Fighters Guild seriously, and will reprimand you if you kill an outlaw within the city walls during Coladia Nelus' Stalker. This does not make him a kind man however - he is perfectly content for that same outlaw to be locked away in a ruin outside the city, where he will ultimately starve to death. Rather, he is concerned for the Guild's image.
Brandt's quests chiefly concern helping Imperial institutions, such as the Imperial Archaeological Society (in Manrizache) and Order of Firewatch (in Silni's Bounty), alongside the merchants of the Imperial colonies (in Proactive Protection). This puts him and his guild in sharp contrast with the one in nearby Helnim, which is highly reliant on the business of House Telvanni.
