Clavus Farragian is an Imperial spellsword found inside the Hlaalu Council Manor in Andothren. He and his (presumable) wife, Drusilla Farragian, are both servants of House Hlaalu. He is caught up in a controversy during the events of the Hlaalu quest, The Hearing, following his murder of a member of the Camonna Tong. As Ulvys Ules, the representative of Clavus' employer, Tholer Andas, explains:
"Indeed, Clavus Farragian, an experienced spellsword who works for serjo Andas, has been arrested for the murder of a Camonna Tong member. The Tong bosses in Narsis are demanding that he be taken there by boat to face trial. We have no doubt the boat would be intercepted and the prisoner be lost -- so to speak. Serjo Andas has arranged for a vote to take place as to whether the House will protect Clavus or hand him over to the Tong. He needs you to sway the votes."
