Bruthar is a Cave Troll den amid snowbound peaks.
It cannot easily be reached without levitation, but if you need to find it, travel to the tower of Hasarund at the source of the Pryai River, and follow the path leading north from the bridge. The entrance to the cave is north of the point where the path turns east, but you'll need to ascend a cliff to get there.
Scattered bones (and a hungry Cave Troll) outside of the entrance should leave you with no illusions over what lies within. Among the filthy nests (fiercely guarded by two more trolls) is an Orcish Open Helm, which still adorns the bleached skull of its former wearer.
