Tamriel Data:Insects

< Mod / Morrowind: Tamriel Data: Creatures

Tamriel Data includes several new types of Insects, including diseased variants of existing creatures. Many of the creatures are found exclusively on Morrowind's mainland, although the range of insects like the Skyrender likely extends into the territory of Black Marsh and Cyrodiil as their native habitat of the Shipal-Shin canyons extends beyond the political borders of the province of Morrowind. Additionally the Spikeworm is a creature native to Hammerfell, but can be found within Skyrim.

They are found almost exclusively within the Boethiah's Spine and Dagon Urul regions of Morrowind, as well as the island of Althoa in the Sea of Ghosts.

SpikewormEdit

A Spikeworm

Spikeworms are small, predatory, serpentine monsters native to western Hammerfell and the Reach. They are occasionally encountered on the surface, but they are more commonly found underground in caves and abandoned mines. While not dangerous on their own, they can easily overwhelm unsuspecting adventurers who disturb their underground nests.

Plain StriderEdit

A Plain Strider

The Plain Strider is a smaller and noisier variant of the Silt Strider. Though the variant added by Tamriel Data doesn't currently appear anywhere, a few instances of a tamed variant added by Tamriel Rebuilt can be found in the Sunad Mora region of Morrowind. These tamed variants are accompanied by their owner and seem to serve as beasts of burden for them.
