What is with the respawn time and level info? I've encountered it at level 1, just rush there as soon as possible using a carriage to get to Markarth and you can encounter it at any level. As for the respawning, not sure what the heck that even means for a standing stone that is always there and accessible.--121.72.181.222 03:44, 27 February 2015 (GMT)
