Tempering ConditionEdit

The tempering recipe has an additional condition, that the quest With Friends Like These... is completed. But this probably has no consequences, as the cowl can't be obtained without completing that quest. --Alfwyn (talk) 19:21, 19 January 2014 (GMT)
