Resistance against Ice FormEdit

I've tried Ice Form about 10 times and all opponents have resisted the shout (message in screen corner). How is this determined? Is it random if the shout is successful or is it level dependent? --Killfetzer 17:38, 8 January 2012 (UTC)

I've tested ageinst different opponents. I don't know all, but some were Draugr, Draugr Deathlord, Giant, Falmer. --Killfetzer 20:20, 8 January 2012 (UTC)

That's strange, it always seems to work fine for me. Maybe the more powerful the enemy the more words needed to freeze them but I'm not sure what the problem could be.RIM 21:58, 9 January 2012 (UTC)

Note too that its area of effect is fairly narrow, though it will freeze more than one opponent if they are standing close together or right behind each other. If you just blast it off in the general direction of your enemy you might miss entirely. --174.6.51.17 03:51, 28 February 2012 (UTC)

I've seen Ice resistance creatures resist this and ice immunes never seem to be affected. I've tried this several dozen times and it seems that this shout is affected by Resistance to Frost abilities. Can anyone confirm? Lord Eydvar 05:24, 15 January 2012 (UTC)
