What if Markarth is handed over to the Stormcloaks during Season Unending before Dungeon Delving is complete? Will it then be impossible to become Thane? Nikofeelan 20:27, 18 March 2012 (UTC)\

If I remember right, Thongvar Silver-blood takes over as Markarth's jarl and through him you can become a Thane without the need to do a radiant quest, just aiding the citizens of the reach and buying an estate, in this case it is Vlindrel Hall.Chronic 23:23, 26 March 2012 (UTC)
