Walking outEdit

Can confirm the notes about Brandish walking out. If you engage him, then disengage with stealth without killing him, he'll wander out through the front door and can then be found outside by the cart. Brandish not in the library.Edit

Confirming that Brandish can be found outside of the library. I don't have the quest to visit the fort in question, and killed him outside with a host of other generic bandits.
