If it was abandoned, that'd be one thing, since it would mean the mod would never come out. The developer team, however, is still hard at work on it. There's no set release date but it will come out eventually. It's more or less the exact same case as Beyond Skyrim and TES Renewal (Skywind, skyoblivion), which will take years or even decades to actually be fully released.
