Best way to do this; simply copy the style of finished pages! Take a look at the pages for Things Found or Books of Bliss. Removing the stub more or less means you will have to provide the same amount of information, like this; first section descripes location and opening/closing times, second section is dedicated to the proprietor and what he/she sells and buys. Third section is a brief in-game description of the place, the different zones and notable items. Rumors can be used as well, but should probably be added as a note - check out this page for inspiration. --Krusty 09:04, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

One more thing; copy/pasting info and wording from the NPC pages is never a good idea, mainly because it results in redundant information. So, even if the same information applies, try and phrase one of the sections differently and give it your own "touch". --Krusty 09:27, 28 August 2011 (UTC)
