Ghost Dog GauntletsEdit
Just a word of warning to anyone who might want to give themselves the Ghost Dog Gauntlets through console: The gauntlets are not actually as cool as they would seem. Upon your putting on the gauntlets the ghost dog will appear and be instantly hostile to any of your followers. Taking off the gauntlets will cause the dog to disappear, but then it may inexplicably show up again the next time you fast travel, regardless of whether you are wearing the gauntlets. Overall, the gauntlets seem very bugged and not worth the effort.--Gardimuer 20:39, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
Have you tried using the console to mess with dispositions? Many of these issues may be easily fixable. I'm wondering if that's why they were removed from the game, or if it's that due to their removal from the game, certain issues were never fixed.... I wonder.... Additionally, to rid yourself of automatic reappearance, try disabling the puppy =) PanBelacqua 19:52, 26 November 2011 (UTC)
Elite Golden Saint/Dark Seducer Helmets?Edit
I was wondering what the codes were for the Golden Saint and Dark Seducer "Elite" Helmets. These are the ones with the large jewel in the center of the front. I realise they are not normally playable but wanted to get myself one of them via console. Thanks ahead of time! --Davehoekst 21:36, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
Vitharn ghost scriptEdit
I am confused, does the vitharn ghost effect work only for 1-3 versions(i havent done the quest yet) or for all versions
Cursed?Edit
doesn't it seem odd that many of the "cursed" boots have two positive effects, feather and light? at least, these are both considered positive effects in alchemy. 206.109.97.89 21:59, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
- Light can be seen as a "curse", due to it attracting unwanted attention. --Legoless 23:40, 28 July 2011 (UTC)

- That makes sense. it just struck me as odd, because you can't make a light poison. It's also sort of a play on words, since light could mean "not heavy" as well, hence the feather effect 206.109.97.89 00:18, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
Double Diadems?Edit
Moved this note about the Diadem- You can get two of these if you pickpocket the Duke while he is sleeping before replacing him. You can get a second one from his body when he dies.
Verification needed. In my game, stealing the helmet while he was sleeping resulted in him no longer having it to wear. On his death, he did not have a second copy, and the one I stole is, of course, stuck marked stolen. I tried to clear the tag by putting it back on his body and taking it again, but that didn't work. Can anyone else replicate getting two copies with this method? EmmBee 15:52, 31 July 2011 (UTC)
- I managed to get two diadems by choosing mania and taking it off him after he was poisoned — Unsigned comment by 125.239.155.68 (talk) at 00:01 on 24 September 2011
- I know I've only done this once, but seeing as you can get two copies by first stealing it.. or one.. off of him, which shouldn't affect him wearing one, that means that it doesn't matter which Duke you wish to replace afterwards, as was implied in the post above. Anyways, I assume I had already installed the Unofficial Patch when I stole the helmet, but I'm not sure, so I wouldn't rule out the patch fixed it. I suppose I can test it again, but that would be later I'm afraid ~ Dwarfmp 00:17, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
You can get two of them if you pickpocket the first one, and then choose to take over Dementia so that Thadon joins Order. Then when you go to fight the forces of Order and encounter Thadon, he'll have the new hat and you can kill him and take it. -Anonymous Contributor
