Backwash Camp is a small campsite north of Vitharn, somewhat south of Inlet Camp containing a single Zealot.
When you first come across the campsite, it is found near the main road leading to Pinnacle Rock. As you come off the main road and onto a small path up the hillside to the campsite, you are confronted by a single Zealot. The camp itself consists of one shelter, with three bedrolls surrounding an unlit fire. Three sacks and a chest are present, although their only worthwile contents are a few gold coins and lockpicks.
