The game doesn't say. It doesn't specify a race for most NPCs, with people like Tanyin Aldwyr and Yelnicin being the exceptions. Since he's in Dragonstar East and has a single name, it seems likely that he's a Nord, but there's no proof of that. rpeh •T•C•E• 06:14, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
