Vechus Sarti is an Imperial Commoner found on the streets of Anvil by the eastern entrance to Little Arenthia. He is a witness to the insensible wanderings of Andren Baldris during the latter's night out on the town. Vechus did not much approve of Andren, who was nearly naked at the time, and can point you towards the soiled breaches which Andren deposited under the apple trees.
