The Sinalon is a small Redguard vessel docked in Charach.
Bernado is the ship's captain, and is the only member of the crew still aboard the vessel. The other two, Asharib and First Mate Malik are in the Old Seawater Inn in Charach town proper, celebrating a recent deal with the So-Mitana Company.
