Raco Derrissa is an Imperial Agent and the proprietor of the Abecette casino in Anvil. He is owed a ten-thousand drake debt by one Nito Nesba, which comes into play during A Noble Debt.
Raco has also been attempting to breathe new life into the casino's fight pit, and has devised a new story to frame upcoming fights around. He needs only a new fighter to play the part of the challenger - and in the event that you succeed, it is Raco that will descend to the fight pit to name you the Timeless Champion of the Abecette.
