Does she still exist?Edit

I feel like this page was created in an early PTS build before Dragonhold's release, and she was replaced with Martina Ocella at the Dragonguard Sanctum, who only appears after 20 Dragonguard quests. I've tried waiting around for Shuva to spawn in Senchal, with a character who has completed everything in Dragonhold, and she never shows up.
